QUALITY PROGRAM FOR FUEL COMPANY OPERATORS
Every fuel company shall have a quality program where responsibilities, operational procedures, process management, interactions between processes, job descriptions, risk assesments related to operations and handling, identifications of hazards and proactive and reactive measures to control risks are clealy identified and described.
Documents shall be kept current and updated. All staff shall have easy access to the system. Only the latest versions, revised documents shall be kept for staff doing the job. Documents shall be in good condition, in adequate quantity, approved and dated.
If any revision is made the operators shall be informed by e-mail or by posting the documents on the intranet system of the company.
It shall be ensured that fuelling operations, handling, receipt procedures, refueller loading procedures, into-plane operations, equipment tests are done in accordance with the latest standarts.
