RUSSIAN TZ-22 REFUELLER

Existing "soviet" model TZ-22 refuellers which are still used in parts of Russia and in former Soviet countries are not equipped with HEPCV (see SAE AS 5877), certified hoses & hose ends (see EI 1529), bonding cables with plastic puddening, deadman controls, interlock & override systems, certified filter water separators / filter monitors (see EI 1581 / 1583) and overfill prevention system; thus they are not safe for operations at the moment and shall be replaced with new refuellers in accordance with JIG/IATA standarts.
